Apparently there are also folks that think about shareholders first before thinking about themselves. I remember talking to Calhoun 10 years ago in respect of selling a major stake in Cytori to a potential partner and he said at that time- not at this price. The PPS was over 7$ at the time in 2005/6.
Anyway- if you compare that situation and the one CDI went through..

Yes and the second leg of the October 2014 equity rape financing will soon be upon us with warrant exercises at $0.577 per share. No matter how succssful Cytori becomes, that financing will still hurt.
