I particularly liked this :

''While skin grafting is commonly associated with burn treatment, in 2017 approximately 80% of acute wounds that required skin grafting were non-burn related injuries accounting for more than 200,000 procedures in the U.S.''

WST do you have any target price? I am long at an average price of 24 cents Aussie.
What do you think the near term catalysts will be?
Sales growth and Burn unit take up?
UK NICE evaluation, Japan / China sales?
Prospects of a takeover /partnership?
Off label use? Compassionate use?
Diabetic foot ulcers, venous leg ulcers, bed/pressure sores etc.

IMO Avita should have merged with Polynovo, (both BARDA beneficiaries). They would have totally owned the global burn/wound market.

Burn centers have moved to wound care centers in general that treat several major skin afflictions such as bad drug reactions, the sometimes in the news, flesh eating bacteria,
Toxic epidermal necrolysis (TEN)
Stevens-Johnson Syndrome (SJS)
ect.
How much and quickly adoption to these other non burn afflictions happens is another matter.
I know they are going for burn in pediatrics as well.
I was disappointed that while they had some data for diabetic wounds but they dont seem to be pursing it right now...maybe a cash issue or maybe they will partner...who knjows.
I sold in the $6's after buying in the $4's a few weeks earlier due to schedule and has been in the $7's for several days now...a push to new highs possible I guess but for now I am looking for a better entry or more momo.
BTW, they are applying for full NASDAQ listing as well and that should give so sort of bump when announced imho.

Ringside, I'm glad you rode it all the way up to the present price. Helps makeup for some of the disaster ftom Cytori. You mentioned most of the catalyst already. We also have an upcoming NASDAQ listing within the next few months I believe. I can't offer you a price target. That's up to you but I love the fact that we go right to pivotal trial on trauma wounds. and it should be a very high probability that this trail will be successful. It's All good with Avita, IMHO. Just hope sales ramp doesn't disappoint.

Well, a new high was hit today.
RSI shows it overbought but it has been more overbought in the past so it may still push a bit higher.
Last time I waited for the pull back and it paid off so I remain patient but if it keeps running for others I will be just as happy for them !
